Artwork “Lachesis”, a new lady from the dark collection! Lachesis or “the Divider” is the middle of the Three Fates, or Moirai; the others were her sisters, Clotho and Atropos. Lachesis was the apportioner, deciding how much time for life was to be allowed for each person or being. The three sisters are said to be the daughters of Zeus and the titan Themis. Although she is often seen as the daughter of Nyx (the goddess of the night).
